Hart Vanguard Solutions works underneath prime contractors and alongside other small businesses as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business subcontractor. When a team wins work but needs more hands, more sourcing power, or steadier back-office execution, we take a defined slice of the scope and deliver it on the contract's terms.

For a prime, that means two things at once: real capacity on the work, and credit toward small business and SDVOSB subcontracting plan goals. For a small business, it means a partner who can absorb overflow tasks, handle equipment and procurement legwork, and keep documentation and deliverables moving without adding permanent headcount.

Engagements start with the contract, the scope of work, and the period of performance. From there we agree on a clean division of responsibility, put a subcontract or teaming agreement in place, and report progress on whatever cadence the prime already uses with the customer.
